Lt. Gen. Robert L. Caslen, U.S. Army (Retired) had a successful 43 year military career which culminated when he became the 59th Superintendent of the U. S. Military Academy. Under his direction, the Academy was recognized as the number one public college in the Nation by Forbes Magazine and the number one public college by U.S. News and World Report. Kevin Haney is a 1981 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a 26-year veteran of the U.S. Navy. He joined Academy Leadership after serving as the United States Naval Academy's Distinguished Military Professor for Leadership and Ethics. He has developed several courses in U.S. National Security Policy, Leadership in Causes, Conduct, and Termination of War, as well as a course on Combat Leadership. Kevin completed his graduate studies in International Business & Economics, International Security Studies, U.S. Diplomatic History, Southwest Asian History, and Culture and Politics at the Fletcher School for International Law and Diplomacy. Chris Rebmann is a Professional Battlefield Facilitator who spends 90% of his time conducting Gettysburg Battlefield Tours. He is self-employed and a subcontractor of Academy Leadership, LLC, Gettysburg, PA. Chris has been a Licensed Battlefield Guide since 1998.

Over the last 23 years Chris has led in excess of 6,000 battlefield tours. These have been tailored to the specific interests and needs of a variety of groups including military groups, corporate teams, families, school classes, and boy scout troops. His work with leadership programs is of particular relevance. In addition to solo leadership tours for corporate teams, he has teamed with professors to conduct several leadership tours for the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. View Full Bio...
