Jim Emerick is a successful hi-technology entrepreneur who provides strategic management consulting and certified leadership facilitation & executive coaching worldwide.

Jim is the founder and president of Choinque LLC, leading advanced technology teams within start-up firms, government organizations, and large corporations. As an Academy Leadership master facilitator, Jim has conducted leadership courses, provided executive coaching, served as keynote speaker, and presented online webinars for thousands of professionals in twelve countries. A lifelong learner, Jim has read and reviewed over one hundred fifty leadership books, and shares this knowledge via the web, a monthly newsletter and podcast interviews.

A 1987 graduate of the US Air Force Academy, Jim led an innovative government and contractor team, which developed a next generation spacecraft computer implemented into over fifty platforms including the Cassini-Huygens probe. In 1992, Jim continued his leadership journey by co-founding insyte, a pioneering integrated circuit design services company in Tampa, Florida. As President and CEO, Jim ushered in a decade of growth, from a handful of employees to a network of engineering sites in the United States, Scotland and Canada. He forged strategic alliances with industry leaders such as IBM, launched a Defense and Intelligence Advisory Board, and coordinated the sale of insyte to ITT in 2006. While at ITT, Jim established an information assurance team in Tempe, Arizona, while directing development and delivery of next generation electronics communications and encryption capabilities.

Jim earned an MBA with a marketing concentration from the University of New Mexico, and is a lifetime member of the Air Force Academy Association of Graduates and the Air Force Academy Sabre Society. He is an invited guest speaker at numerous industry trade group events. Jim, his wonderful wife Cheryl and their two awesome children live in Tampa, Florida and Pine, Colorado.

David Puster is the founder and president of DWP Leadership, LLC, specializing in transformational leadership, executive coaching, leader development, and team building. His passion for leadership spans the globe with strategic experience in both the military and corporate sectors. He continuously studies the field of leadership and inspires leaders of all levels to achieve better results through superior coaching. He believes that leadership is the driving force for positive change in organizations.

A retired Army Major General, David's distinguished military career includes serving as the Commanding General of the 84^th Division at Fort Knox, KY and Deputy Commanding General for the Eighth United States Army in Korea.

In the corporate sector, David held key positions at Fortune 100 companies such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Prudential, focusing on finance, risk management, and information technology. He is also an alumni consultant of Booz Allen Hamilton providing institutional building advice to leaders in other countries.

David's extensive international experience spans the Pacific, European, Middle Eastern, and African regions, where he has contributed to building partner capacity and addressing civil-military challenges. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and has served on two corporate boards. His prior roles include membership on the Secretary of the Army's Reserve Forces Policy Committee at the Pentagon, Ex-Officio Member of the Kentucky Governor's Commission on Military Affairs, and Chairman of the Development Committee for Randolph-Macon Academy's Board of Trustees. David holds master's degrees in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and in Strategic Studies from the Army War College, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of William and Mary.

Residing in The Woodlands, Texas, David and his wife Becky are proud parents of two adult children and grandparents to two grandchildren. In his leisure time, David enjoys family activities, reading, golfing, and fitness. He is committed to giving back through public speaking, leadership training, and his involvement with the Korean Defense Veterans Association (KDVA).
